This is a big weekend for race fans and most race fans already know why. For those who don’t follow the world of NASCAR as closely, this Sunday is the 2016 Daytona 500. While the Super Bowl is played at the end of the NFL season, racing’s equivalent of the Super Bowl, the Daytona 500, runs at the beginning of the race season. In other words, the NASCAR season starts with the Daytona 500.

While this blog usually focuses on tips for car owners and drivers, as a slight diversion this week, we offer Daytona 500 & NASCAR Trivia, mostly the prior. Below, you will find a list of questions about the Daytona 500 and NASCAR. Answer those questions using any resources you wish – online resources, a library or even by asking your Uncle Ted who has followed NASCAR since a little longer than forever.
