This is highly critical, Denney. I agree - it is a challenge for an auto shop to maintain their clients, but doing maintenance on a whole fleet of vehicles is a different matter entirely. The fact that the operation of a whole business relies on the proper maintenance of the vehicles puts a whole other level of pressure on your people. It puts a premium on having the right people and the high quality maintenance products.
